Collection of Jewellery from I800's thru mid 1900's.

Turquoise has been asked for for centuries for it's beauty and healing powers. This favored stone can range in color from clear sky blue to a yellowish green color and is present in mines all around the planet. Turquoise can be strung as beads, carved into animal fetishes and mixed with a selection of other stones to make striking hand-crafted jewelry. It has been used to help reinforce relations, bolster the bond in friendships and permit one to have a better connection with their inner self.

It's curative features are related to the respiratory, skeletal and digestive systems and has for some time been used to clean the body of poisons. Body Copy : Latterly "Ice Originals II", a collectibles and antique web site, had the pleasure of taking some of a giant Big Apple Estate that includes jewellery items from the 1800's thru the mid 1900's. Many of the pieces feature hand chasing and enamel, inlaid into the gold. The art deco and art nouveau movements are obviously represented as well as some transition pieces.

together with all of the items described, there's also a collection of hand carved shell and hard stone cameos, as well as cameo rings. If you wear turquoise jewellery, take care to scrub it scrupulously. Discover more about mens wedding bands
